This wart is caused by a virus infection, so removing the dried skin wont solve the issue. Instead, it is recommended to surgically remove it together with its roots. Yes, this thing has roots! The 1st thing the doctor did was obviously to inject my finger so that it would get all numb. And then here comes the hard-to-watch part.
He held up a scalpel...then straightaway pierce into the side of the wart. Thankfully the injection had taken effect. After piercing at the side, he started CUTTING around the wart like he was gardening~ Oh man...all the blood oozing out from the sides...he did this till the whole wart was ready to be removed from my finger and when he used another tool to pull it out, the root (or was it my own flesh) was seen to be still intact with the wart he was pulling, like a blood soaked thread hanging on to a button...get the picture? He then cut it off with the scalpel. Damn freaking disgusting =_=
Later after that, he told my mother "You see what happens if I dont stitch the wound up, the blood will continue to ooze out". Ya' damn right it will ooze out!!! It freaking looks like a volcano!
It is said that the wound will healed in about a week. Changing the bandage once everyday will prove to be a challenge for me...takut-lah...

As of today onwards, I am to apply cream onto my skin to reduce the swelling and the itchiness all around the plastered area. Doctor said I am allergic to plaster...zzz...Hopefully by Monday, the itchiness/rashes and swelling will go off. The dried blood patch would have to wait a little longer for it to peel off on its own. As long as that that doesn't happen, I will not be able to bend my finger 100%, although still bend-able without any pain.
