There's a new anime that i'm currently watching, named "Karas". This anime is divided into 6 episodes with the first 3 episodes in the first DVD called "Karas: The Prophecy" while the second DVD is called "Karas: The Revelation".
This anime, or some might call it as OVA, resembles the Kamen Rider series a lot. However, it has a darker motif and is much more violent (think about the Guyver and Garo series).
